Dirty Dublin

Dublin can be a very beautiful city, but also a very ugly one.
This perception is often held by visitors to the city, sometimes this is due to derelict or rundown buildings, but too often its due to people just dumping litter on the streets.

The other day at a bus stop I witnessed a guy dumping a bag full of food on the street about a foot away from a large bin. Summary, people dont care. Thats one problem.

The other problem is that the Government does not do enough to clean up the streets. Its one of the dirtiest cities in Europe. Rivers and Canals are often flowing with crap, bins are jammed full and overloaded.

I started this up to encourage people to send in pictures of dirt on streets and in rivers. Lets get this URL to the relevent government departmenst and tourist boards, and force them to do something about it!
